Happy training everyone.
Last weekend Long Eaton Tri Club members enjoyed conditions and triathlons from different ends of the spectrum.
On Saturday some members completed the Vitruvian middle distance triathlon at Rutland water. At times it seemed there was more water on the roads during the bike section than there was in the reservior during the swim!
Sunday saw the weather pick up for the Derby sprint triathlon and there were smiles all-round as pbs were smashed and made.
Right: happy LETC members at Derby Triathlon in the sun on the Sunday.
Top left: a 6.30am start means racking up at the Vitruvian under floodlights.
Bottom left: the swim course of the Vitruvian, well as much as you can see at 6am!
The 9th Erewash Triathlon will take place on Sunday the 21st August 2016 at West Park Leisure Centre, Long Eaton. This is LETC and LETJC’s home event and most local triathlon.
